The previous owner states-
Schooner STATIA was launched in 2005 years. She sails beautifully and is extremely easy to handle.
"I have been sailing her extensively single-handed for all those years and I am 85 years old"
She has a good 100 HP Volvo diesel engine with GPS, VHF, depth sounder, and auto-pilot; 60 gallon holding tanks, 200 gallons of diesel fuel and 125 gallons of fresh water in SS tank.
Accommodation consists of a large double cabin with heads, aft; one berth cabin next to the Galley amidships; one double berth and two single berths (upper and lower) with a second head, in the Forecastle. Amidships is a large Salon and Galley that will accommodate 12 persons easily.
Over the engine room is the Pilot house with all the navigation equipment, chart table, and a second steering position.
She is a solid boat, built for safety and ease of handling with an attractive Mahogany interior.
