frames 16" on center with 4 sister frames. Structural keel is 10" X10" Iroko Carvel planked 2" Iroko fastened with 4-1/4" X 3/8" Galvanized nails 5-1/2" x 8-1/2" Iroko. Backbone is 10"x10" Iroko. Deadwood is Iroko faired at stern gland.There is a 5-1/2" x8" shear clamp double bolted, deck is 1-1/8" teak edged fastened on 5/8" 9 ply Burmese teak plywood over 3/8" S ply Burmese teak plywood. 

Teak decks throughout except over wheelhouse where is is fiberglass over marine plywood. Cabin roof is insulated.

Deck trim is all bright finished teak. 

Hull color is white with red bottom paint.


Fuel capacity is 1,860 gallons in two black iron tanks.

Water is 850 gallons in Stainless Steel tanks

Lubrication oil is 75 gallons in black iron tank

Holding tanks are 720 gallons in two black iron tanks


1 single Kelvin, Model T8, 280 hp Straight 8 Diesel engine 1972 model SB34543 and last overhauled in 2002 (year to be confirmed) Cylinders re sleeved in 1987 by Kelvin factory.

Fresh water cooled via heat exchanger.

Kelvin 2-1/2 :1 hydraulic activated reduction gear.

Propellor is a 55" 4 blade bronze on a 4" Stainless steel shaft.
